Responsibilities:

• Manage local creators, streamers, and MCN agencies, including recruitment, onboarding, project activation, and day-to-day communication.
• Collaborate with local communities, creators, enterprises, and partners to plan online and offline events promoting the app.
• Research local competitors, market trends, the creator ecosystem, and user behavior.
• Monitor social media trends and publish content in response to business or marketing campaign needs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from guilds, creators, and users, and follow up on resolution.
• Clearly communicate app updates, event rules, and policy changes to local users and creators.
• Track core operational metrics, including creator activity, revenue, paying users, and campaign performance.
• Complete other tasks assigned by headquarters.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in live streaming, creator operations, guild management, social media, or community operations is preferred.
• Strong execution skills, quick responsiveness, and excellent communication abilities.
• Capable of organizing local online and offline events.
• Basic data analysis skills are preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
