Business Transformation Lead

Contract : 9 months + extensions

REMOTE : Latin America

Rate : $12-18/hr USD

Job Objective

Act as the main liaison between business areas, the IT team and the SAP integrator, coordinating the definition, documentation, validation and monitoring of business requirements to ensure that the implemented solution meets the operational and strategic needs of the organization.

Required experience

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Bilingual - Spanish + English
• Participation in at least 2 or 3 regional-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
• Knowledge of processes of:
• Finance (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Procurement
• Supply Chain
• Inventory Management
• Sales Operations
• Experience in multicultural or multi-country environments .
• Experience coordinating business users and external providers.
