Role Description

We’re looking for a process-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented Digital Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Planning, Analytics and Process Optimization Associate Director to provide analytical support across the company. You will also support digital operations. 

Role Responsibilities

Analytics :

• Analyze e-commerce performance, including orders, conversion rates, revenue, customer behavior, and product performance 
• Monitor and analyze digital operations across e-commerce, marketing, customer experience, and internal platforms
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Leadership to track KPIs and solve operational issues
• Run cost benefit analysis of various workstreams
• Analyze project and campaign performance
• Support the Planning, Analytics and Process Optimization Associate Director in various ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategic projects

Digital and E-commerce Operations:

• Manage the sort of products on our website.
• Project management of workstreams that are interdepartmental in nature
• Manage analytics related audits of digital operations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related field 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of E-commerce platforms and website maintenance.
• Deep experience working with Google Sheets or Excel is required.
