GTM Education & Community Manager

We're hiring someone who walks into a room of founders and owns it by minute two.

R$14,700 to R$20,600 Monthly | Brazil, remote (Rio de Janeiro preferred) | Unlimited PTO

The role

You inherit a training program and a community that already work, and you are handed full ownership of both. From there it is yours: what gets taught and to whom, how the community runs, where the whole thing goes next. You teach live every week to founders betting their company on Microsoft Marketplace, and you own the number that says it landed. A real program to run and grow, not a blank page and not somebody else's to approve.

You'll join a marketing team of four (designer, growth marketer, content marketer), report to the Head of Marketing, and work daily with Customer Success, Account Managers, and Partnerships.

Who we're looking for

Someone who loves to teach and misses it when they stop. You can hold a room of CEOs, marketing and sales directors in English, and take a hard question without losing the thread. You come from B2B sales, marketing, or startups, so the room recognizes you as one of them.

What you'll own

1. The program

• The curriculum plan: what gets taught, in what order, to whom
• Live delivery, on camera, weekly
• Learning design: objectives, exercises, assessment, not slides
• The metric that proves it worked, and the rewrite when it didn't

2. The community

• Programming calendar, member journey, moderation standard
• Engaged participation as the number, not signups
• Members turned into content contributors
• Recurring interviews with our CEO, partners, and customers

What you bring

• 3-5 years teaching or running education programs. B2B SaaS strongly preferred
• End-to-end ownership of a training program, not delivery only
• Live teaching to a business audience
• Community building: a peer network, user group, or alumni cohort
• Hands-on with GTM tooling, enough to teach while using it
• AI in your daily workflow, with the judgment to review it. Raw AI output doesn't ship here

Nice to have

• Microsoft partner, cloud marketplace, or co-sell motion
• GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist
• Instructional design or adult learning
• LMS and community platforms: Circle, Teachable, Skilljar
• Portuguese, French, or Spanish fluency

• R$14,700 to R$20,600 per month, plus an end-of-year bonus
• Two recordings of trainings you have delivered in English, requested with your application
• Professional English (only English CVs will be considered)
