LinkedIn is searching for Associate, Forecasting & Business Intelligence. This position will sit within the Planning & Performance team, under Strategic Planning & Initiatives, in our Go-to-Market Operations function within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
The Associate will play a key role in building scalable business intelligence, reporting, and automation capabilities that improve visibility into global business performance and enable better decision-making. This individual will support and own critical operating rhythms and capabilities, including executive reporting, QBRs, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools and workflows.
In this role, you will partner closely with Data & Analytics, Sales GTM Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and technology-enabled capabilities. You will help define and improve how we measure business health, strengthen the quality and accessibility of performance insights, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and enable more proactive business management.
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a builder mindset and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
