Descrição da Vaga

**Title: Product Marketing Manager (Remote - Brazil)**
**Location: Brazil (Remote)**
**Employment Type: Contract**
**About Binho**
Binho is an engineering-first company. We build the test and debug tools that engineering teams use to ship better hardware, faster.
Our products are used by hundreds of teams at global semiconductor companies. From protocol analyzers and host adapters to our Mission Control software platform, they help engineers bring up, validate, and debug complex hardware.
Alongside our products, we run an engineering services group that designs and ships custom hardware end-to-end for selected customers. We work across IoT, robotics, autonomous systems, and other connected embedded domains.
**About the Role**
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Binho is positioned, talked about, and brought to market. Over time, we want this person to build the small team that supports that work.
Over the past five years, Binho has grown faster on the engineering side than on the marketing side. That gap shows up in a few specific places. Our trade-show presence has barely evolved. Leads sit un-followed-up unless they reach out a second time. We don’t have a structured way to bring customer voice back into the company. This role exists to close those three gaps.
Over your first 12 months, we want you to deliver three outcomes:
- **A trade-show strategy and execution rhythm**. Planned and built throughout the year, with a clear strategy for each event.
- **A real lead-development loop**. Every qualified lead from inbound, trade shows, and our installed base gets followed up, nurtured, and either converted or properly disqualified, along with the execution of an outbound marketing strategy.
- **A structured customer-voice loop**. A repeatable process for gathering market signal from inbound, support, trade shows, and active accounts, and feeding it back to product and engineering on a regular cadence.
**What You’ll Do**
- Own Binho’s trade-show calendar end-to-end. Plan booth presence, demos, collateral, customer meetings, and post-event follow-up for each event.
- Manage lead follow-up across all channels: inbound, trade shows, support, and active accounts. Move every qualified lead to a clear decision.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the Binho product line.
- Lead go-to-market for new product launches. The most immediate is the upcoming Mission Control 3 release.
- Translate complex hardware and software concepts into clear, compelling communication.
- Create and maintain core marketing assets: product pages, decks, one-pagers, technical overviews.
- Develop real-world use cases grounded in actual customer work.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform positioning.
- Partner closely with our engineering and product teams to understand our products deeply enough to write about them with credibility.
- Support leadership and sales with tailored materials when needed.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years in product marketing or a closely related role.
- Demonstrable experience marketing technical products to a technical audience: engineers, developers, or scientists. Generic B2B or consumer PMM experience without technical depth isn't a fit for this role, regardless of seniority.
- Strong ability to understand technical products deeply, and to translate that into clear, compelling communication.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams. Willing to spend meaningful time learning our products from the inside, not just from briefs.
- Excellent written and verbal English. You'll work daily with a globally distributed team and write a lot.
- Self-starter, energized by ownership. This role has unusual autonomy on day one. The right person wants that.
**Preferred**
- Has marketed products in our category: hardware, embedded systems, developer tools, or test and measurement.
- Experience supporting product launches or building go-to-market strategies, especially for B2B technical products.
- Experience in a small or bootstrapped company, owning a function and (ideally) growing it into a small team.
- Exposure to global teams or international markets.
**Why Join Binho**
- Own and grow a function. This is a role with real autonomy on day one, a direct line to the CEO, and a path to building and leading a small team over time.
- Work on products used in production by industry leading semiconductor and hardware companies. What we build ships. It doesn't just demo.
- Get exposure to a wide range of industries through our customers and services work: semiconductors, hardware OEMs, IoT, robotics, autonomous systems, and more.
- Collaborate daily with the engineers who design our boards, write our firmware, and build Mission Control and our SDKs.
- Be part of a bootstrapped, profitable company with a distributed team across San Francisco, Latin America, and Europe.
- Work somewhere that actually uses AI in its daily fl
