Junior Recruiter

Location: Bragança Paulista, SP | Onsite / Hybrid

We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team! If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and have strong communication skills in English, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career in Talent Acquisition (No previous experience required).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for open positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Review resumes and qualify candidates based on interviews.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet weekly recruitment activity goals for calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Full professional English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in customer service, HR, recruiting, sales, hospitality, or other people-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Work Model

• First 3 months: Fully onsite.
• From the 3rd month: 1 remote day/week.
• From the 6th month: 2 remote days/week.
